Affiliate Shopping sites

After the retailer sent out your parcel, you will receive the tracking number of your parcel by email or other methods. Please complete the parcel declaration in the "Member Center" once you get the tracking number.

You can use our service for any shopping site which accepts our warehouse address as the shipping address.

Order

The size and weight restriction of parcel varies from country to country. 

In case of the overweight or oversize parcel,

  • you may be required to pay an extra fee for your parcel;
  • your parcel may be charged by its volumetric weight;
  • our warehouse may refuse to ship that parcel.

No parcels can be received during the weekends and public holidays due to the warehouses closure. The delivery company will arrange the delivery to the next working day if the parcels can not be sent during the above-mentioned time.

We accepts Paypal, Alipay, WeChat, Octopus, VISA and Mastercard.

Delivery

Before your parcel arrives at our warehouse, you can check your parcel location by using its tracking number via the relevant link provided by the shopping sites or the logistic company used by your retailer. Once the parcel reaches our warehouse, we send you an email notification when there is any update of the shipping status of your parcel.

There is a section of "Cut off time and Shipment time" in the bottom of the page, "Member Center". The shipment schedule of each overseas warehouse is shown in this section. Our USA, Japan, Korea and China warehouses send out parcels 5 times per week while the others are 1 time to 2 times per week.
